remembering 2013 resolutions:

1. school

2. exercise

3. love self 



mostly accomplished. goals were reasonable and important for self improvement and long term happiness. 1 and 2 are more so tangible, which i have covered most. 1 not entirely in terms of completeness - considering timelines. 2 need exercise - definitely. shall bike this evening. plus focus more on stretching and simple yoga. also focusing on daily routines, setting aside a specific time. one of the troubles i've been facing since finishing internship in July: not having a routine schedule. 

3. love self is more perspective dependent. meeting most goals. weekends have been spiritually fulfilling though not specifically through hiking, so considering it technically done. being honest to parents is a check but not having secrets perhaps devious to say. could also add meditation into routine. 

common denominator needed seems to be daily time management. already half of 2013 has passed, seems like more.

significant improvement since finishing of school - same for body. enjoying being out of school bit too much.
